1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Muslim Scholars Academy website (muslimscholarsacademy.com) or student portal (portal.muslimscholarsacademy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including parents, guardians, and any individuals accessing the Platform on behalf of a child.

2. About Muslim Scholars Academy
Muslim Scholars Academy provides self-paced online Islamic education courses designed for children ages 6–12. All accounts must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
By registering, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will be using the Platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that your child uses the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Please notify us immediately at info@muslimscholarsacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Course Access & Licenses
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased course for one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
Access is for personal, non-commercial use only – for the child(ren) within your immediate household.
You may not share your login credentials, resell, redistribute, reproduce, or sublicense any course content.
Course content (videos, slides, quizzes, games, activities, and written materials) is the intellectual property of Muslim Scholars Academy.

6. Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment.
We use secure third-party payment processors. Muslim Scholars Academy does not store your full payment card details.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and expiry dates. Only one code may be applied per transaction.

7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the course has not been substantially accessed (less than 20% of course content viewed).
To request a refund, email us at info@muslimscholarsacademy.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
Refunds are not available after 7 days or once significant course content has been accessed.
Free courses obtained via promotional codes are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any course content
Share account credentials with individuals outside your immediate household
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through any interactive feature
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality or security

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform – including course videos, lesson slides, quizzes, games, graphics, text, and branding – is owned by or licensed to Muslim Scholars Academy and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of course content.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muslim Scholars Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Courses and Platform
We reserve the right to:
Update, modify, or discontinue any course or feature at any time
Change pricing for future enrollments (existing access periods are not affected)
Update these Terms at any time – continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
